The staff at Dublin One were phenomenal. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming and made the stay! We had a great stay at Dublin One Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The staff welcomed us warmly and paid attention to every detail. The check-in process was quick and easy. The hotel has a modern and interesting décor that creates a lively atmosphere. Our room was clean and designed for comfort. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were of high quality. The hotel also had great facilities. The restaurant provided good food and drinks. Breakfast was enjoyable, with many tasty options for different tastes and diets. The location was perfect, as it was close to the bus station. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we highly recommend Dublin One Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service.

We stayed for one night and the room we had was a good size for this! I think if we had more items of clothing/bigger cases to stay for a longer period it might have been a bit more challenging but for the price we paid, couldn’t be argued! Transport links were probably a minute walk from the hotel and plenty of Spars/small shops for small items/water! A good walk from the centre, approx 20 or so mins but we were lucky for the most part with the weather and it didn’t take all too long! Hotel appeared really modern and staff were super friendly and helpful and even let us check in a little bit earlier!

Great value for money, staff were lovely, beautiful interiors to the hotel, bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, spacious room, not noisy or too warm like some other hotels can sometimes be, customer service was prioritised at all times, very happy overall

The room was clean and beautiful, very modern. And the atmosphere in the hotel lobby and Botanical was amazing, I really liked the decor and the overall feel of the place. Breakfast was great, and they even have vegan options. Also, since we had a really early check out, they even provided us with a takeaway breakfast. The staff was polite and really helpful, especially the porter from Brasil (unfortunately I don't remember his name). Also, the hotel is located relatively close to the center of the city, with just a half hour walk to get there.
